By registering an account at GoldBets, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted for you personally, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. GoldBets strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from registering an account or placing bets. Age verification is carried out during the KYC process. If GoldBets determines that a member is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the original payment method, and any winnings will be voided. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any other — is strictly prohibited. If GoldBets detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or physical address, all accounts may be suspended, winnings voided, and balances returned at GoldBets' discretion. Members who have forgotten their login details should contact support rather than registering again.
It is your responsibility to ensure that using GoldBets is lawful in your jurisdiction. GoldBets provides services in good faith but cannot be held liable for any legal consequences you personally face as a result of your use of the platform. Accessing GoldBets from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk.
GoldBets reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will be restricted until the required documentation is provided.
When you register at GoldBets, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and Pakistani residential address. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
Your GoldBets account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials — username and password — with any other person. GoldBets will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared, or negligently disclosed, your login information. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact GoldBets support immediately at support@goldbets.io and change your password without delay.
GoldBets is required to verify the identity of its members before processing withdrawals and at other points as required by applicable regulations. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of the payment method you are using. Documents should be clear, unedited, and in date. GoldBets processes KYC documents within one to two business days.
Use a strong, unique password for your GoldBets account. Do not use the same password you use for email or other accounts. GoldBets will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Enable two-factor authentication if offered. GoldBets is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your own account credentials.
All financial transactions on the GoldBets platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). GoldBets does not perform currency conversion, and there are no foreign exchange fees applied to deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in your own name that matches the identity on your verified GoldBets account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. GoldBets reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. If a bonus has been credited, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before any funds associated with that bonus can be withdrawn.
All deposits at GoldBets must be made from accounts or cards that belong to the registered member. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' Easypaisa or JazzCash accounts registered in a different name — will be returned and may trigger an account review. GoldBets does not accept deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
All bets placed on GoldBets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game market in addition to these general Terms. Market-specific rules are displayed within the betting interface and form part of your agreement with GoldBets when you place a bet.
A bet is not accepted until GoldBets has confirmed it — you will see a confirmation message and your account balance will update accordingly. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of the offered odds and the applicable market rules. GoldBets does not accept responsibility for bets that fail to register due to internet connectivity problems on your end. Always verify your betslip before assuming a bet has been placed.
GoldBets operates minimum and maximum stake limits across all markets. The minimum single bet stake is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market, event, and account tier. GoldBets reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts or markets at any time without prior notice, including in response to betting patterns that suggest abuse of market pricing.
GoldBets may void a bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious errors in published odds (palpable errors), event cancellation or abandonment, market suspension due to irregular betting activity, or any technical error that resulted in an incorrect price being displayed. Voided bets are returned to your GoldBets account balance in full. GoldBets makes every effort to honour prices as published but cannot be bound by clearly erroneous pricing.
Accumulator bets at GoldBets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more selections is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with those legs removed at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). GoldBets does not guarantee the availability of all selections for combination bets — some markets and events may be excluded from accumulators at GoldBets' discretion.
GoldBets offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to members. Every promotion is subject to its own specific terms, published on the relevant promotion page. The general principles below apply to all GoldBets bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
The GoldBets welcome bonus is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. The bonus is matched as specified in the current promotion, with a minimum qualifying deposit as stated at the time of registration. Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — the standard requirement is 10× the total of deposit plus bonus amount before any bonus-associated funds can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will expire.
Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address unless stated otherwise. GoldBets reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets that reduce risk below a threshold that constitutes genuine wagering, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any form of collusion. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not contribute towards wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Real money funds in your GoldBets account are always used before bonus funds when placing bets. Winnings generated from bonus funds will be credited as bonus funds until wagering requirements are fully met.
GoldBets takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting should be an enjoyable pastime — the moment it stops feeling that way and starts affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, it has become a problem that needs addressing. GoldBets provides a suite of tools to help members maintain control of their betting activity.
Any GoldBets member can request self-exclusion at any time by contacting support at support@goldbets.io. Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be restricted and marketing communications will be suspended. GoldBets will make every reasonable effort to honour self-exclusion requests promptly, but members are advised not to open new accounts during any exclusion period.
GoldBets allows members to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits and wagering limits directly from their account settings. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit is applied. GoldBets encourages all members to set limits that reflect their personal budget for entertainment — not their total available income.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the GoldBets platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and permanent exclusion from GoldBets with no recourse to outstanding balances where prohibited conduct is confirmed:
GoldBets cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will disclose account information where required by applicable legal process. Members found to have engaged in money laundering through GoldBets accounts will be reported to the relevant authorities.
GoldBets provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While GoldBets makes every effort to maintain continuous availability, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
GoldBets will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, including scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or connectivity issues affecting the GoldBets infrastructure. Bets that cannot be placed due to technical issues are not accepted, and GoldBets has no obligation to honour prices that were displayed during a system error.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoldBets' total liability to any individual member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the GoldBets platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve-month period preceding the claim. GoldBets shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
GoldBets collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering at GoldBets, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. GoldBets will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
GoldBets uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve platform performance and personalise your experience. Continuing to use the GoldBets platform after being notified of cookie use constitutes acceptance of that use.
